Your questions, answered

Frequently asked questions.

Get familiar with the business, training, and investment before taking your next step.

Who buys the alcohol?

The event host purchases and supplies the alcohol. Your business provides the mobile bar and staffed service, with equipment, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies based on the package you agree with the client.

Do I hire the bartenders?

Yes. You arrange staffing for the events you book. You can work events yourself or build a team as your calendar grows. Operator training helps you learn the cart setup and service process.

What training comes with the package?

Your package includes a dedicated 90-day business coaching program covering pricing, booking conversations, and launch preparation. Hands-on cart training covers setup, kegs and couplers, pouring, service, and pack-out, plus a follow-up support call.

The launch team also provides guidance on venue relationships, branding, website setup, and marketing.

Do I need previous bar experience?

You can start without a bartending or business background. The package includes training and coaching to help you prepare. You will still need to learn the equipment, practice service, and meet the requirements for operating in your market.

Can I keep my current job?

You can plan your bookings around your availability. Events may take place on evenings and weekends, but client inquiries, preparation, travel, and business administration also take time. Consider that full workload when planning your launch.

What do I need for transport and storage?

Plan for a suitable tow vehicle, transport setup, and secure storage. Before purchasing, confirm the bar and trailer dimensions, loaded weight, hitch requirements, and your vehicle's towing capacity with the Don Rocco team.

What support is available after launch?

Your package includes the 90-day coaching program, operator training and follow-up, and ongoing creative and campaign support. Ask the team to walk through the scope and timing of each service so you know who to contact as your business develops.

Will I operate under the Don Rocco name?

Your mobile bar business operates under your own name and branding. The launch package includes custom brand development and a bar wrap. There are no Don Rocco royalties or booking commissions. Your license agreement sets out the terms of the relationship.

What does protected territory mean?

Don Rocco provides an exclusive license territory under your agreement. Ask the team to confirm the available area and its boundaries. Territory protection applies to Don Rocco licenses; it does not prevent unrelated mobile bars or other event businesses from competing locally.

How does the bar equipment get power?

The bar equipment uses electric power. Plan the event's power access with the venue and confirm the specifications for your setup during training. If a generator is needed, confirm that its output meets the equipment requirements.

What is the sale price?

The complete business package is $57,995 plus shipping through December 31, 2026, reduced from $64,995. Save $7,000 on the package, including the mobile bar, custom branding, training, coaching, and launch resources. Shipping and ongoing business operating costs are separate.

Are financing and split payments available?

Financing is available for qualified applicants with 625+ FICO. Credit approval and financing terms vary. A payment option of 50% down and 50% at shipping is also available. Contact the team to review the options for your purchase.

Why choose the package instead of building alone?

The package coordinates the mobile bar build, brand, website, booking tools, training, and launch support. You get access to people with experience in mobile bar operations, business coaching, event relationships, and marketing while developing your own business.

What happens after I purchase?

The team works with you on onboarding, your brand, business preparation, and the mobile bar build. Coaching, training, and launch assets are coordinated as part of that process. Review the build timeline and training arrangements with the team before committing.
